Rates

Rates are for 2 persons and include provisions for a cooked breakfast on the first morning of your stay.�

Sun-Thurs $190 per night

Weekend & public holidays $220 per night

Discount available for longer stays - please inquire

Payment

Payment is required at the time of booking in order to confirm the reservation.

If you wish to pay by credit card or request flexible payment options please book via Airbnb or Homeaway (noting that they charge additional booking fees)

Rates may vary for special events and you should confirm with the owners.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel we will do our best to re-let the cottage, and if successful, will refund any payments minus a $30 administration fee. If re-letting is not achieved, we retain 50% if within 30 days, or full payment if within 7 days of your arrival date.�

In the unlikely event�the owners have to cancel, a full refund or transfer of your booking will be offerred.�Please note that Warburton is in an area of outstanding forest beauty, which also brings a summer bush fire risk. On days of CFA declared extreme or code red fire risk the cottage will be closed & fees fully refunded. Visitors are required to abide by all CFA guidance on days of total fire ban, further information can be found on www.cfa.vic.gov.au. We thank you for your understanding.
